Best training Ive had in my life.I'm sad to not have found George sooner, he's a wealth of knowledge and very personable. You can be green or very experienced, pad work sparring on all levels, all in a lovely private gym. I'm there every chance I get. I wish I found it sooner. Very safe and fun environment, controlled chaos"I always leave feeling better than I arrived."
